IN A NUTSHELL
Cipriani has opened its doors in Dubai and who wouldn't want another Italian addition to Dubai. The food is good, the vibe is a bit uptight but you'll have a nice time overall.
Fun Fact: Giuseppe Cipriani is the founder of the carpaccio (yet the carpaccio at Cipriani is definitely not the best I've had)
The venue is like a big retro cruise ship with white, blue and wooden nautical furniture. The vibe is a bit uptight, but this might change once they open Socialista, the private lounge area.
Everything at Cipriani tastes good - ingredients are super fresh and dishes are cooked to perfection - yet, nothing at Cipriani will make you come back for more. Highlights included:
- Burrata with cherry tomatoes
- King Crab with lemon and olive oil
- Burrata and truffle pizza
- Lobster risotto
- Grilled Sea bass
