Zuma Brunch is the best Brunch

In a nutshell

If you love Zuma and want to get a taste of their full menu for the best price, head to Zuma brunch, any friday during the winter months. I'm usually not a fan of buffets, especially for brunch, but the brunch buffet at Zuma is different. It's themed under one cuisine and offers everything you wish to order from the Zuma menu all for 420 AED (alcohol excluded). Make sure to book at least a week in advance.

the mood

The friday brunch is set at the lower level of Zuma. Unlike other boozy brunches in Dubai, the brunch at Zuma is a bit "calmer", with people holding a more focused attitude towards the food rather than the liquor.

the food

The buffet style food is an elaborate spread of your personal favorite sushi, sashimi, oysters as well as live cooking stations serving Japanese street food (takoyaki, wagyu beef, shabu-shabu). Dishes such as miso black cod and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame are served at the table. If you still have space for dessert, you get a special platter with exotic fruits and a selection of classics like the green tea and banana cake.
